Are there any scripts for making radial tree map diagrams? If not, and since I lack the coding skills, can I put in a request for this?

Example: http://chasedouglas.net/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/sunburst1.png

What do you think?

I'm on limited time to finish something for school (30 days, if you know what I mean ;) ) and I need the colorizer to colour in polygons!

Couldn't someone just maintain this while you are done with it? I understand that you are moving on to bigger and better things, but this is really annoying not having some form of backwards compatibility for scripts.
if not, is there a way to make the colorizer script to work on its own? (its all I need)
otherwise, is there an alternative to the colorizer?

as a last resort, do you think it would be relatively easy process to make my own colorizer script? If its the only thing I need im sure a very poorly robust program would suffice for what I need.

Don't leave us sitting here to wonder, please!

Hi all,

My question is very simple, but do not know if the solution will be.

Is it possible to convert the stroke of a selected object in a selection lasso tool?
That is, if I have a rectangle selected, convert the path into a selection area lasso tool, so that all objects who are within that area remain selected.

I think it's a simple idea and can be very useful when working with multiple objects and layers at once.

Thanks in advance.
Best regards.

Unfortunately I haven't learnt how to create my own scripts, but I've had a simple idea for some a script that I thought of while playing with Scriptographer and during my work.

Fill/Stroke Swap

A quick script to swap an objects, or series of objects various fill colours to the respective objects stroke colour or vise versa.

For example, if I have a large amount of vector objects that all have different fill colours, I might want to take each individual fill colour and change it to the objects stroke colour, leaving the fill transparent. Obviously if I have hundreds of objects that I'd want to do this too, it'd take forever to do by hand.

Cheers

I'm working on a script that places cutter registration marks and a ean13 barcode on an image. So far I've managed pretty well with this site and the tutorials. I have a working script that will save us huge amounts of time. The next step is to export the layers with the cutter path and marks to an Illustrator 8 eps file, using the barcode number as a file name. However I can't find options like "save as" in the reference or tutorials. Anyone have an idea?

Thanks for your time and effort in advance!

Hi!

I'm looking to create/collaborate making a snow/blizzard script for a project I'm working on. At the moment I've been using an object raster for an image like this:http://media-cache-ec4.pinterest.com/upload/149744756329806639_5wYttcsp_c.jpg

But I'm looking for more of an effect like this: http://hint.fm/wind/ Snow being carried violently away in the wind. But maybe a raster where you can choose the object to be generated in such a way.

Anyway, anyone interested let me know.
