I couldn't figure out a way to describe this bug I came across without being completely confusing, so I just recorded it instead:

Basically, when I install Scriptographer (Mac OS 10.6.5, Illustrator CS5), and start working on a 2nd document or tab, I can no longer select any of the Illustrator text or numeric entry fields (such as stroke size or opacity %.)

Thank you for what I think would easily win the price for the best documented bug report ever! I experienced this as well and am looking into what causes it now. Hopefully I will be able to release a fix soon.
On another note, would you be interested in doing Scriptographer screen-casts? That report is so professionally done, it made me think ;)
