Can you try to moving the preferences file to the Desktop and restart again?

The file should be here:

YOUR_USER_FOLDER/Library/Preferences/com.scriptographer.preferences.plist

If moving it indeed solves the issue, please send that file to team (a) scriptographer.org, so we can look into what's causing the issue.

unfortunately i erased the file in the meantime :(
