Without modifying any scripts, the easiest would be to rotate your raster image, rasterize the rotated image again at the same DPI through Illustrator's rasterize command, then execute the raster script and rotate the result back.

Hi, I have ever tried to rotate images with the help of some professional image processing SDK. I am also considering to employ some Imaging tools whose way of processing is simple and fast to help me with the related work. It will be better if it is totally manual and can be customized by users according to our own favors. Do you have any ideas about it? Or any good suggestion? Thanks in advance.
