Scriptographer.org - can't get it to work

even after watching the screencast I am still having trouble using the raster scripts. I select a raster image and then a vector shape and when I run the script nothing happens. What could I be doing wrong? I am new to Scriptographer.

I am aware that the raster scripts are pretty hard to use at the moment.
Please make sure that the image is embedded, not linked, as pixels in linked images cannot be accessed.

I will rewrite the scripts soon and then also post a document about it, but until then, this thread should explain it,
