Hello, I'm trying to code a new raster script and I'm getting a little stuck. Here are my two (well, three) questions:

How do I make a 2D array and access the values?

How do I edit the points in a rasterised image? How would I create a blank rasterised image that I can assign pixel values to?

I hope I'm not asking too much. The snippets of code that I'd need to do this stuff would be extremely useful. I'm not very good at understanding the documentation. An example always helps me much more.
