hi ok,
the first problem is sorted, the most recent java SE runtime enviroment is installed and the .zip file was downloaded and unzipped directly into the illustrator CS3 plugins folder, when i open illustrator the window is there, however when i go to open any of the scripts, such as tree or growth, this error message appears:

i seem to be having no luck using this application whcih is a shame as it looks brilliant to use :(
any help on this matter will be greatly appreciated
