This should be fixed now in 2.9.070. Please test and report back!

I installed the new version and it works better for me but I think there is still a bug.
At first most of the built in scripts work well but after swaping between 5 or six of them they start working randomly - some of them work, the other don't, some go funny [draw only one horizontal line]. When I relaunch Illustrator same situation apears - at the beginning the scripts work fine but then they go funny again. Sorry.

Izzy, this sounds very strange. Are you still experiencing this with the just released version 2.9.071? Are you on Mac or Windows? And what version of the OS?

yes, i think this is the latest version [2.9.071 for Illustrator CS3] and i use it on windows 7. i have downloaded it and installed it again to make sure that i didn't confuse anything and unfortunately i was right. after swapping between a few tools they start working randomly or funny. this time i didn't experience one horizontal line but i'm guessing parameters from different tools got mixed [f.e. after using scribbler.js when i wanted to use clouds.js instead of drawing nice rounded clouds, a cloud with pointing edges was drawn].
honestly speaking it's not a huge problem to me since my basic computer is mac with snow leopard and adobe cs5, the other one i use only when travelling, but still i think it's important to tell you about it, cos some people might experience similar issues.
