Scriptographer.org - tools (examples) not appearing

Greetings,

I am running CS4 Design Standard on a Intel Mac (Core 2 Due) on 10.6.4 Snow Leopard.
Dropped the plug ins as advised and am able to run all the scripts except for the Examples- tool section. None of the strokes appear. Also Illustrator has become a bit more laggy as well as many of the windows (layers) need to be refreshed to show the content in their window.

I have removed the scripts folder several times and even re-downloded the CS4Mac version to make sure everything was correct. Upon reboot of entire system, I have never been asked again about the documents folder location. So I do not think I have properly removed it in the first place.

If I could get some help de-installing the scripts and possibly figuring out what went wrong in the first place.

Can you see the new Scriptographer tool button at the bottom left of the toolbar? And the problems of 'lagginess' and window refresh, does it happen from the start, or only once you executed certain scripts, e.g. Road.js?

Reinstalling Scriptographer will not reset your Scriptographer preferences. To do that you will have to manually remove its preference file, which is located here:

Your Home Folder/Library/Preferences/com.scriptographer.preferences.plist

I am not sure what is going wrong on your system, but it would be good to find out!

Removing the scriptographer.preferences file did the job. Illustrator is back to its normal speed and the tools are running normal. The problem was the first time i tried to install the scripts it toggled to a different window and could not find the save to directory and restarted Ai. So it never was installed correctly.
