Scriptographer.org - Save and Freeze

When using the current version of Scriptographer (2.0.025),

I will save my progress and after the save is complete Illustrator freezes and beeps whenever I try to click. I have to close the file and reopen it to do work. Scriptographer works fine otherwise.

This has happened on two different macs with the same version of OSX (10.4.10).

I've also experienced this problem in illustrator CS2. It's easily rectified: once you've saved your progress, press tab twice hiding and then revealing the menu's. Seems to work for me.
