Plus: in my case, When I import an image by the PLACE command, it is appears on the artboard with a gigantic height. Moreover, it does not show, only the anchor points.

Another example: whenever I raster or use other tool to create a raster picture, the plug-in warns that the final image will have a huge number of pixels. I do not know if this is a problem but can not find a place to set the size of the resulting image.

I think the Scriptographer a fantastic graphic tool, but the bugs and the fact that there is a support page is frustrating.

Have you tried the latest version?

Scriptographer does not change the behavior of the place command, so maybe something else is wrong in your case.

As for support, Scriptographer is a free tool, so how much support do you think we can afford to give? Think again before complaining about support here. We do as best as we can.
