Hi
I've got an unusual problem. I have just downloaded 'Scriptographer CS5' and the menu bar does't look quite ok. Please have a look at the screenshot. I'm working on a Mac Intel Core 2, whit Illustrator CS5. Can you help me there?
Thanks
Stefan

We are having the same problem on our PC. We recently installed Adobe CS5 on the XP operating system. We tried installing the 2.8 update for CS5, but that failed and it kept crashing Illustrator. We then tried the updates for CS4 & CS3...both have failed.
Although the 2.0 update is working, has anyone figured out how to get 2.8 for CS5 installed cleanly?
thanks.
Unfortunately I still have no clue what is causing this, and cannot reproduce it at my end. If anybody who experiences this is up for sharing his screen with me so I could look into this more that would be great. For example through Skype or iChat. If you are up for it, please send an email to team (at) scriptographer.org. Thanks!
Screenshots are useful of course, but what I really am hoping for is someone who is up for sharing his computer screen with me for a while. I would then remotely operate your machine through either Skype or iChat screen sharing, reproduce the problem and observer what exactly is going on. You would be able to sit there and watch, with the possibility to interfere at any moment, in case there are any concerns regarding privacy.
I am having the same problem.
First I could not even open CS4. I tryed to installed a few times.
Different versions....Still not working
Finnally with CS4 versin I got this message.
Sorry but i dont have now time to screen sharing.
I will try to come back to you.
I use CS4 and Win XP.
greetings, Carolina
I can just repeat it over and over again: As long as nobody sends us log files from the Scriptographer/Logs folder and ideally even offers us access for a remote debug session through screen-sharing (either Skype or iChat), there is nothing we can do, as it all works fine on CS4 / Windows at our end.
So I hope someone will eventually be up for this. Just to make it clear and in case there are privacy concerns: The person would be able to attend the debug session and interfere at any moment.
Please get in touch at team (at) scriptographer.org, with logs files, or if you are up for sharing your screen with us.
